The effectiveness of these strategies lies in understanding that customers do not return just because of low prices, but because they perceive added value in the shopping experience. It is essential to pay attention to details such as shipping service, customer service, product reviews and ratings, among other aspects. If you have an online store, it is important to consider what loyalty strategies you are implementing and how you can improve them. And if your business offers services, you can also apply these strategies, adapting them to your needs.
